Examinaons and duraon of course are as follows :
(a) The First B.H.M.S. Examinaons shall be held at the end of 1 year (i.e.) 12 months of B.H.M.S., Courses.
(b) The Second B.H.M.S. Examinaons shall be held at the end of 2 years of full B.H.M.S. Course i.e. aer stc ompleon of the 1 B.H.M.S. Examinaon.
(c) The Third B.H.M.S. Examinaon shall be held at the end of 3 years of B.H.M.S. Course i.e. aer compleon of the 2 B.H.M.S. Examinaon.
(d) The fourth B.H.M.S. Examinaon shall be held at the end of 4½ years of B.H.M.S. i.e. aer compleon of the rd3 B.H.M.S. Examinaon.
(e) The Inter ship shall be undertaken in the Hospital aached to the College. It is of rotator basis and has to be aended by each student for one year duraon.
(f) At the Compleon of the Internship of the one year duraon, the student is declared to have passed the BHMS Course.
Admission to College: Following guidelines are framed for the entrance of student seeking admission in the Kent Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital.
Eligibility: 10+2 / Intermediate Science or its equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and Biology is the basic requirement for stadmission. Student must have aained age of 17 years as on 31 December of the year of admission. Candidate who have appeared in their qualifying examinaon and result awaited may also apply for admission but they have to submit the mark sheet and other cerï¬cate at the me of interview for ï¬nal selecon, otherwise admission will not be considered.
There may be change in eligibility rules by the CCH or State Government or University, which only will be applicable as per the regulaon prevailing.
Total Number of Seat Available: 50 (Fifty) reservaon of seats as applicable and provided under the regulaon. Submission of the Applicaon : The Applicaon for the admission must be made in prescribed form to be obtained from the College Office. Only that applicaon will be entertained which are complete in all respect. Incomplete applicable will not be considered.
Document to be Attached: Applicaon should accompany with the aested Photocopy copies of the following tesmonials in three copies each.
1. Selection letter
2. HSC (XII) Standard or equivalent marks sheets.
3. Transfer cerï¬cate.
4. Migraon Cerï¬cate
5. Naonality Cerï¬cate
6. SSC Cerï¬cate
7. Date of Birth proof cerï¬cate
8. Physical ï¬tness cerï¬cate
9. Caste cerï¬cate (for SC/ST OBC students)
10. Character Cerï¬cate from previous school.
11. Migraon cerï¬cate from Students coming from other university.
12. Five copies of recent passport size photograph
Selection Criteria: Selecon of the candidate will be done strictly on the basis of merit. Aer scruny of the applicaon candidates will have to appear in the entrance examinaon. Qualiï¬ed students will be called for counseling. Decision of the selecon commiee will be considered as ï¬nal.
Allotment of Seat: By the state councelling and 15% by Central Councelling.
Fee Structure: The tuion fee and other charges will have to be paid as prescribed by the college. The fee structure for the current session is given on separate seats which is tentave subject to the ï¬nal decision.
Payment of Fees: The students have to pay the admission fee, registraon charges, Tuion fees, cauon money and Hostel charges (if eligible) University registraon fees and other fees as prescribed by College and University at the me of admission only.
Refundd of Fees on Cancellation of Admission: The refund of fees of BHMS student shall be made as per direcon of the competent authority of Government of Bihar. Decision of the principal in case of refund of fees shall be ï¬nal.
Scholarship & Freeship: The Scholarship and free ship shall be awarded to the eligible candidates belonging to the category SC/ST/OBC under the government of India Scholarship scheme through social welfare department, Government of Bihar.
College Hours: The normal college hours unless otherwise noï¬ed by the principal extends on week days from 8.30 A.M. to 4.30 P.M. College will remain closed on Sundays and Holidays as prescribed by State Government/University.
Attendance: A minimum aendance of 75% in all subjects is essenal for being qualifying to appear in the ensuing examinaon Candidate securing less than 75% aendance shall not be allowed to appear in the Examinaon.
